Frequently asked questions

Is everything on vaporesso.com.au genuine Vaporesso stock?

Yes. Every coil and pod is genuine Vaporesso stock, checked before dispatch. We don't sell cross-brand substitutes marketed as Vaporesso parts.

How do I know which coil fits my device?

Check your device's compatible coil series (GTX, GT, GTi) — most Vaporesso devices are printed with this on the base. If you're not sure, contact us with your device model and we'll confirm the right coil.

How fast is dispatch?

Orders placed before 3PM AEST ship the same working day from our Australian warehouse, in plain, discreet packaging with tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayID, direct bank transfer, and crypto. Paying with crypto gets you 15% off your order total automatically at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $10 and express is $35. Express shipping is free automatically on orders over $300.

Do you ship to my state?

Yes — we ship to every Australian state and territory, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Hobart and Darwin.

Can I order coils in bulk?

Yes, bulk orders are welcome — contact us for a custom quote on larger quantities.

What if my coils arrive faulty?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the fault — see our Refund Policy for the full process.
